As a Digital Communications Support Specialist at Quality Insights, a typical day might include the following:

  • Creating interesting content and visually compelling designs for online learning platforms, web sites, and electronic publications
  • Contributing to design, content and growth strategies for social media
  • Helping to improve user experience, satisfaction and repeat utilization of electronic products and web platforms
  • Supporting a wide variety of communications outreach activities including publication design and editing, educational webinar hosting, trade show and conference support, project tracking and compliance
