As a Technical Maintenance Technician at NGK Spark Plugs (USA), Inc., a typical day might include the following:

  • Performing periodic and predictive maintenance on machinery 
  • Troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems
  • Use maintenance management system to track spare parts inventory, log man-hours and reference previous machine repairs
  • Basic fabrication utilizing machine shop and welding equipment
  • Coordinating and prioritizing machine repairs

NGK Spark Plugs (USA), Inc. is looking for candidates with previous troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining experience of production machinery in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) is a plus.
